升级数据库时遇到的Textfilebusy错误解决办法

[root@Znotz ~]# fuser /app/oracle/10g/bin/sqlplus
/app/oracle/10g/bin/sqlplus: 3941e
[root@Znotz ~]# ps -ef |grep 3941
oracle 3941 3913 0 11:11 pts/0 00:00:00 sqlplus as sysdba
root 6678 66 0 20:37 pts/10 00:00:00 grep 3941
[root@Znotz ~]# kill -9 3941
[root@Znotz ~]# ps -ef |grep 3941
root 6680 66 0 20:37 pts/10 00:00:00 grep 3941
