1、玩手机英语：spend time on the phone。
2、“玩手机”是不能用“play”的，因为玩手机一般指的都是手机上的游戏或者是APP，所以用play是不正确的。“玩手机”的正确表达一般有两种，一种是“spend time on the phone”，另一种是“play on the phone”。
3、如果一定要用play，可以把它变成不及物动词，说play on the phone (screen)，但是后面的screen一般都会省略。
