摘要：The progesterone analog ST1435 has now been found to attain therapeuticallyeffective levels upon topical application to the skin. ST1435 can be administered topicallyeither in liquid or semisolid base such as a cream or gel or in a solid base such as atransdermal device such as a disk, band patch or bracelet. The invention further providestopical applications suitable for transdermal delivery of therapeutically effectiveamounts of ST1435.
