In this document. 4.3试验前材料均在常温Ta=23±5℃,RH=55±20%RH,IF=30mA通电2hrs后,在常温停留2hrs后进行测试,筛选良品进行试验。 Tested samples shall be in normal temperature Ta=23±5℃ for 2hrs before testing. Testing Condition:Ta=23±5℃ RH=55±20%RH IF=30mA. 5.试验条件及规格: Test condition and specification: 5.1连续点亮寿命试验 Continuous operating 目的:验证产品在连续点亮状态下对性能变化之程度。 Objective: To verify product characteristics transforming resistance in continuous operati试验环境:(23℃±5℃ ),RH=55±20%RH Test Environment: (23℃±5℃ ),RH=55±20%RH 试验仪器:电源供应器 Test Environment: Power supplier 试验数量:22PCS Test Qty’: 22PCS 试验条件:IF=30mA T=1,000hours Test Condition: IF=30mA T=1,000hours 试验步骤:a.试验前测试材料亮度/波长与VF/IR值,并将其数值记录在LIFE TEST REPORT Procedure:表单上(WI-QC-S-0365E)。 Measure tested samples’ IV、VF、IR、WL、and record data into” LIFE TEST REPORT” (WI-QC-S-0365E) before proceeding the test . b.将已测好材料置于上述试验环境通电点亮,每200hrs测试一次亮度。 Under test condition, samples light up and test IV in every 200hrs. c.每测试亮度前,材料先在常温下放置2小时后测试,并记录其测试值。 Tested samples shall be in room temperature for 2hrs before testing, and record IV value before and after the test. d.试验后测试材料的亮度、VF/IR及波长值,并将其数值表单上(WI-QC-S-0365E)。 Measure and record IV、VF、IR、WL value after the test into LIFE REPORT (WI-QC-S-0365E). e.算出每次测试的AVG及百分比率,描点绘图,并判定其试验结果。 Calculate AVG and ratio, produce diagram and conclude its results for the acceptability. 判定标准:顺向电压(VF)<U.S.L Standards: Forward voltage (VF)<U.S.L 逆向电流(IR) <U.S.L Reverse Current (IR) <U.S.L 亮度读值(IV)>L.S.L Intensity value (IV) >L.S.L 外观正常 Appearance OK 5.2高温保存试验 High temperature storage 目的:验证产品装置保存在高温时之耐久性试验。 Objective: To verify product characteristics resistance under high temperature storage test. 试验环境:Ta=100℃±10℃ Test environment temp:Ta=100℃±10℃ 试验仪器:高温箱 Test Equipment: Oven 试验数量:22PCS Test Qty’:22PCS 试验条件:T=1,000 hours Test condition: T=1,000 hours 试验步骤:a.试验前测试材料的亮度、VF/IR值,并将其数值记录在LED Reliability Test Procedure: (WI-QC-S-0060E). a. Measure tested samples' IV、VF、IR, and record data into “LED Reliability Test” (WI-QC-S-0060E). Before preceding the test. b.将测试好材料放置高温箱1000hrs. Tested sample be placed in the oven for 1000hrs. c.放置1000hrs后,在常温下放置2小时以上,若附着水滴时,应事先擦拭干净 后测试 Remove sample from oven and leave for at least 2hrs in room temperature, and dry the sample if sample surface found moisture. d.试验后测试材料的亮度、VF/IR值,并将其数值记录在LED Reliability Test上(WI-QC-S-0060E). 5.4 高温高湿保存试验 High temperature high humidity storage. 目的:验证产品装置保存在高温高湿下时之耐劣性试验。 Objective: To verify product characteristics resistance under high temperature high humidity storage test. 试验环境:Ta=-85℃ , RH=-85%RH Test environment: Ta=-85℃ ,RH=-85 %RH 试验仪器:高温高湿箱 Test Equipment: High temperature and humidity chamber. 试验数量:22PCS。 Test Qty:22PCS 试验条件: T=1,000hours Test condition: T=1,000hours 试验步骤:a.试验前测试材料的亮度、VF/IR、波长值,并将其数值记录在LED Reliability Test 表上(WI-QC-S-0060E)。. 5.5高温高湿点亮试验 High Temperature and high humidity operating. 目的:验证产品装置保存在高温高湿下点亮时耐劣性试验。 Objective: To verify product characteristics resistance under high temperature high humidity operating test. 试验环境:Ta=85℃ ℃,RH=85 %RH Test environment: Ta=85℃ ℃,RH=85% RH 试验仪器:高温高湿箱 Test Equipment: High temperature and humidity chamber. 试验数量:22PCS。 Test Qty:22PCS 试验条件:IF=5mA 、T=1,000hours Test condition: IF=5Ma、 T=1,000hours 试验步骤:a.试验前测试材料的亮度、VF/IR值,并将其数值记录在LED Reliability Test 表上(WI-QC-S-0365E)。. Procedure: a. Measure tested samples’ IV、VF、IR,and record data into “LED Reliability Test” (WI-QC-S-0060E) before preceding the test. b.将测试好材料放置于上述环境通电点亮,每200hrs测试一次亮度。 Under test condition, sample light up and test IV in every 200hrs. c.每次测试亮度值,材料在先常温下放置2小时后测试,若附着水滴时,应事先擦拭 干净后测试。 Remove sample from the chamber and leave for at least 2hrs in room temperature, and dry the sample if sample surface found moisture. d. 试验后测试材料的亮度、VF/IR及波长值,并将其数值记录在LIFE TEST REPORT” 表单上(WI-QC-S-0365E) Measure and record IV、VF、IR 、WL value after the test into “LIFE TEST REPORT” (WI-QC-S-0365E). e.算出每组数据的AVG、MAX、MIN 值,并判定其结果。 Calculate AVG、MAX、MIN value in every test ,and conclude its results for the acceptability. 判定标准:顺向电压(VF)<1.1×U.S.L Standards: Forward voltage (VF)<1.1×U.S.L 逆向电流(IR)<2.0×U.S.L Reverse Current(IR)<2.0×U.S.L 亮度读值(IV)>0.5×L.S.L Intensity value (IV) >0.5×L.S.L 外观正常:Appearance inspection 5.6焊锡附着性试验 Solder ability 目的:验证产品对锡之附着性。 Objective: Test products soldering ability. 试验环境:Ta=230℃±5℃ Test environment: Ta=230℃±5℃ 试验仪器:温控锡炉。 Test equipment: Soldering stove 试验数量:18PCS Test Qty: 18PCS 试验条件:T=5±1sec 试验步骤:a.确认锡炉温度达到规定之温度。 Procedure: Verify soldering stove reach specified operating temperature before the test. b.除去锡槽内锡面之锡渣 Clean the debris before the test c.支架沾附助焊剂。 Lead frame shall be dipped on soldering auxiliary solvent. d.将材料浸入锡炉内(LED:锡面距离LED胶体1~1.5mm)。 Place tested sample into soldering stove e.用计时器计算支架浸入锡炉时间5±1sec后取出。 Tested sample in soldering stove duration shall be in 5±1sec f. 观察锡附着于支架之状况,并将判定结果记录在LED Reliability Test上 (WI-QC-S-0062E) Conclude its results for the acceptability and record into “ Test Record Sheet” (WI-QC-S-0062E) 判定标准:锡沾附着于支架表面积95%以上。 Standards:

5.7 焊锡耐热性试验 Heat resistance soldering. 目的:验证产品装置于焊锡作业期间,所能耐热程度之试验。 Objective: To verify product characteristics heat resistance under soldering operating. 试验环境: Ta=260℃±5℃ RH=55±20%RH Test environment: Ta=260℃±5℃ RH=55±20%RH 试验设备:温控锡炉 Test equipment: Soldering stove 试验数量:18PCS Test Qty:18PCS 试验条件:T=5±1sec 试验步骤:a.试验前测试材料的亮度、VF/IR值,并将其数值记录在LED Reliability Test (WI-QC-S-0060E) Procedure: Measure tested samples’IV 、VF、 IR,and record data into “LED Reliability Test” (WI-QC-S-0060E) before preceding the test. b.确认锡炉温度达到规定之温度 Verify soldering stove reach specified operating temperature before the test c.除去锡槽内锡面之锡渣。 Clean the debris before the test. d. 支架沾附助焊剂。 Lead frame shall be dipped on soldering auxiliary solvent. e.将材料浸入锡炉内。 Place tested sample into soldering stove. f. 用计时器计算支架浸入锡炉时间5±1sec后取出。 Tested sample in soldering stove duration shall be in 5±1sec g.于常温下置放2小时后测试 Place tested sample under room temperature for 2hrs before further test. h.试验后测试材料的亮度、VF/IR值,并将其数值记录在LED Reliability Test 上 (WI-QC-S-0060E) Measure and record IV VF IR value after the test into the “LED Reliability Test” (WI-QC-S-0060E) 算出每组数据的AVG MAX MIN 值,并判定其结果。 Calculate AVG MAX MIN value in every test, and conclude its results for the acceptability 判定标准:顺向电压(VF)<1.1×U.S.L Standards: Forward voltage (VF)<1.1×U.S.L 逆向电流(IR)<2.0×U.S.L Reverse Current(IR)<2.0×U.S.L 亮度读值(IV)>0.5×L.S.L Intensity value (IV) >0.5×L.S.L 外观正常:Appearance inspection

5.11 支架拉拔试验 Lead frame pulling 目的:验证产品负载1Kg受力性能评估。 Objective: To verify products durability against 1Kg mechanical stress. 试验环境::Ta=23℃±5℃ RH=55±20%RH Test environment: Ta=23℃±5℃ RH=55±20%RH 试验设备:拉力器 Test equipment: Tensile machine 试验数量:18PCS Test quantity: 18PCS 试验条件: W=1Kg T=30±5sec Test condition: W=1Kg T=30±5sec 试验步骤:a.将正负支架在帽沿下方10mmTYP进行弯脚,正负支架各弯折90°(如图示) Procedure: Bend the lead frames 90 degree, at a distance 10mm TYP below the edge of epoxy. b.试验前测试材料的亮度、VF/IR值,并将其记录在LED Reliability Test 上 (WI-QC-S-0060E) Measure tested sample’s 、VF、 IR,and record data into “LED Reliability Test” (WI-QC-S-0060E) before preceding the test. c.将LED支架正负极各弯折成90° Bent lead frame 90 degree d.材料固定于拉力器之固定夹上并加上1Kg±10%之负载,材料固定后,悬空停留 30秒钟。 Fix material on the fixture lf tensile machine with loading 1Kg±10% Vis, them maintain the impenitence 30s e. .试验后测试材料的亮度、VF/IR值,并将其记录在LED Reliability Test 上 (WI-QC-S-0060E) Measure and record IV、 VF 、IR ,and record data into “LED Reliability Test” (WI-QC-S-0060E) after preceding the test. f. 算出每组数据的AVG MAX MIN 值,并判定其结果。 Calculate AVG and ratio in every test, produce diagram and conclude its results For the acceptability 判定标准:顺向电压(VF)<1.1×U.S.L Standards: Forward voltage (VF)<1.1×U.S.L 逆向电流(IR)<2.0×U.S.L Reverse Current(IR)<2.0×U.S.L 亮度读值(IV)>0.5×L.S.L Intensity value (IV) >0.5×L.S.L 外观正常 Appearance inspection

5.12 冷热冲击试验 Thermal shock 目的:验证产品装置,所能承受极端温度变化之耐抗性试验。 Objective: To verify product characteristics thermal shock resistance under extreme Temperature Variation environment 试验环境:Ta=(-40 ℃ ~ 室温 ~ 100 ℃~室温) Test environment: Ta=(-40 ℃ ~ R.T ~ 100 ℃~R.T) 试验仪器:冷热冲击机 Test equipment: Thermal shocking machine 试验数量:22PCS Test Qty: 22PCS 试验条件:T=5min ~5min ×10回 Test condition: T=5min ~5min ×10 cycles 试验步骤: a.试验前测试材料的亮度、VF/IR值,并将其测试数据记录在LED Reliability Test 上(WI-QC-S-0060E). 5.14 振动试验 Vibration test (outsource to independent laboratory) 目的:验证产品装置振动环境下所能承受振动后电气特性程度。 Objective: To verify product electrical characteristics vibration resistance during operating. 试验环境:Ta=(23±5℃),RH=55±20%RH Test environment: Ta=(23±5℃),RH=55±20%RH 试验设备:22PCS Test Qty:22PCS 2 试验条件:加速度=1.96m/s2 Test condition: Accelerate speed 1.96m/s 振动频率=100~2000Hz Frequency=100~2000Hz T=48min,三方向,四次 T=48min, Three directions, Four times. 试验步骤:a.记录试验前测试材料的亮度、VF/IR值。 Procedure: Measure tested samples’ IV、VF、IR,and record data before the test. b.材料放入振动试验机依规范试验。 Place sample into vibration machine, procedure shall be according to SPEC.
