摘要：Provided an apparatus and a method for reporting a measurement result in awireless communication system. A terminal receives report conditions and a
measurement setting including a report for position information from a base station.When a measurement report is triggered, the terminal determines whether valid positioninformation is available and the measured result is transmitted to the base station. Whenthe valid position information is not available, the measured result includes serving cellinformation and adjacent cell information.
