PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for medical supplies, whosecontents can be visually verified, and preventing the medical supplies in the packagingbag from being bleached, a packaging bag containing medical supplies, and a method forpackaging medical supplies.
SOLUTION: This packaging bag 10 includes two, front and back film layers 11, 12 thatare bacteria-impermeable and do not allow molecules having the size of O2or larger topass through. At least one of the film layers is transparent. A gas-permeable andbacteria-impermeable material 13 is extended to an opening in at least one of the filmlayers, sealing the area in the vicinity outside the opening. Medical supplies 15 are placedinside the packaging bag 10, the opening of which is then sealed using a seal 16b andsterilized by means of EO gas or the like. The EO gas is then removed and the packagingbag is sealed using another seal 16c. Even if the medical supplies 15 are exposed to adisinfectant solution such as H2O2during storage, the solution will not enter the
packaging bag 10.
