摘要：Methods for performing array-based hybridization assays, as well as sets ofcontrol target nucleic acids for use in the subject methods and kits comprising the same,are provided. In the subject methods, test and control sets of target nucleic acids arecontacted with an array(s), where the test and control sets of target nucleic acids may ormay not be labeled differentially. The subject control sets of nucleic acids contain aplurality of nucleic acids, with at least one nucleic acid of the set binding selectively to atleast a subset of the probe nucleic acids present on an array.
