⼆. ⼯艺操作和配⽅应⽤指南:

将聚合物撒向⽔⾯,让其⾃我润湿(剧烈的搅拌会产⽣⽓泡).开始缓慢的搅拌.

Ultrez 20采⽤先中和,后中和均可(视具体⽽定).

加⼊其它配⽅组分,其间搅拌应尽可能的慢(以避免引⼊⽓泡).

三. 性能上的优点:

与ETD2020 Polymer相似的性能:●耐电解质出⾊:

能增稠常见的阴离⼦,两性离⼦或⾮离⼦表⾯活性剂体系.能增稠含电解质的凝胶或乳液.

在膏霜配⽅中有机电解质对粘度的影响,取决于该电解质为何物.ULTREZ 20,ETD2020耐电解质能⼒相似.三. 表⾯活性剂体系的透明⾹波,沐浴凝胶:粘度,透明度,屈服值对⽐: 测试⽤配⽅

添加ULTREZ 20,ETD2020或Aqua SF-1 -Carbopol聚合物的透明⾹波,沐浴凝胶 ULTREZ 20或ETD2020 1.2%或Aqua SE-1 6.0% -SLE(2)S 8-16PH=5.5,6.5,7.5 -CAPB 2-防腐剂-NaOH测试结果:

透明表⾯活性剂体系: 在低PH(PH=5.5)和表⾯活性剂含量⾼的条件下,Aqua SF-1被证实最有效,这是因为其回酸增稠效应以及它与表⾯活性剂的协同增效作⽤所致。

在8%的表⾯活性剂含量的条件下,ULTREZ 20能赋予很好的增稠功效和透明度。表⾯活性剂含量更⾼时,ULTREZ 20的功效和透明度将受影响。

透明⾹波,沐浴露: 盐对粘度的影响-ULTREZ 20/ETD2020: 在所有条件下,ULTREZ 20和ETD2020性能相似,在中性PH和较低表⾯活性剂下,⼆者的耐盐能⼒更强.

透明⾹波,沐浴凝胶(盐对粘度的影响—Aqua SF-1): Aqua SF-1的增稠功效如下关联因素⽽增强: 阴离⼦表⾯活性剂含量>12%,适当的含盐量,较低的PH(PH=5.5).Aqua SF-1添加量为6%.

在PH相似时,ULTREZ 20的粘度性能与Aqua SF-1相似.因⽽可以这么说,就象Aqua SF-1体系⼀样,在⾼含量电解质的情况下协同增稠效应发⽣了.

聚合物浓度对分散液粘度的关系: 分散液粘度随聚合物浓度的加⼤⽽加⼤.

PH对粘度的影响(Carbopol聚合物-0.5wt%, NaOH-18wt%): 粘度先是随PH的加⼤⽽加⼤,约在PH5.3时粘度达到最⼤值,然后随着PH的加⼤粘度下降.

PH对屈服值的影响: (Carbopol聚合物-0.5wt%, NaOH-18wt%): 屈服值先是随PH 的加⼤⽽加⼤,约在PH5.3时屈服值达到最⼤值,然后随着PH的加⼤屈服值下降,⾄PH10以上后趋于恒定值.聚合物的浓度加⼤时,粘度和屈服值均相应加⼤.

PH对透明度的影响: PH在5-11的较宽范围内透明度均处于较⾼值,⽽在PH<5和PH>11时则透明度下降明显.

聚合物浓度对透明度的影响:在Carbopol聚合物的浓度在0.1-0.5wt%时,透明度基本⽆变化,当聚合物浓度⼤于0.5wt%时,透明度随着聚合物浓度的加⼤⽽呈现出较明显的下降趋势.

3.加⼊已在另⼀容器中分散好的⽠⽿胶,加热⾄75℃.4.加⼊C相,72℃下⾄溶解均匀,然后开始冷却.5.加⼊已好的云母,搅拌⾄均匀,继续冷却⾄40℃.

6.在另外⼀容器中如此混合E相各组分: 先将组分12加⼊11中,混合⾄均匀;然后加⼊其它组分混合⾄均匀.待主搅拌釜冷⾄40℃时,加⼊E相.7.加⼊颜料,混合均匀.

1. 在有夹套冷凝加热的搅拌釜内,将Carbopol Ultrez 20聚合物撒向去离⼦⽔的⽔⾯(50℃),待U20完全润湿,然后开始慢慢搅拌10分钟.加⼊A相中的⽉桂基醚硫酸钠,保持50℃.

2.在另外⼀容器中,⽔平线合B相各组分⾄均匀,加热⾄50℃.(注意:组分6和7须在30-35℃加⼊B相,且搅匀后⽅可随B相加⼊主搅拌釜).将B相加⼊主搅拌釜,混合均匀后开始冷却.3.依次加⼊C相各组分,混合均匀.

4.在另外⼀容器中,混合D相各组分⾄均匀.待主搅拌釜冷⾄50℃时,加⼊D相.5.⽤NaOH中和⾄PH6.1,混合均匀.

* Brookfield RVT@20rpm#5转⼦,24⼩时后,25℃时测量. 24hours,25℃制备:

1. 将Carbopol Ultrez 20聚合物撒向去离⼦⽔的⽔⾯(~45-50℃),待U20完全润湿,然后开始慢慢搅拌.

2.加⼊⽢油,加热⾄75℃.

3.在另外⼀容器内,混合B相各组分,加热⾄75℃,搅拌均匀后加⼊主搅拌釜(500rpm).4. 在另外⼀容器内,混合C相各组分,然后加⼊主搅拌釜,搅拌⾄均匀(约~10分钟).5. Homogenize with⽤Ultra Turrax(注:制造商: lka)均质器(或类似均质器)以22,000rpm

均质45分钟,然后开始冷却.(注意: 均质时间取决于均质器类型和料液量,均质时间不要过长,以免造成粘度丧失).6. ⽤NaOH中和⾄PH6.0.因粘度上升,可提⾼搅拌速度(500-1500rpm).搅拌⾄均匀.7. 待主搅拌釜冷⾄<45℃时,加⼊Phenonip.8. 依次加⼊其余各个配⽅组分,搅拌⾄均匀.(End)
