一． 重难点辩析
一） used to 与be used to
1 used to 后接动词原形， 表示过去经常做的动作，或者表示过去的状态或习惯，这些动作或状态现在已经不再出现，常译为“过去常常….”例如：
I used to be a worker,but now I am a boss .我过去是工人，现在是老板
例：1 这个男孩过去放学后常打篮球。
2 过去在我们家乡曾经有一个教堂。
1）used to do 的否定式为didn’t use to do 或used not to do； 疑问式为Did ….use to do …..?或Used …to do …?
例：我们以前不常去游泳。 杰姆过去常常踢足球吗？
2 be used to 意思是习惯于，适应，常用于be used to sth, be used to doing sth 结构，表示习惯于某事或做某事。
例：我习惯于乡下的生活。
马博士习惯于在飞机上动手术。 他已经习惯于住在这儿有两年了。 Be used to 结构中的be 还可用get ,become 表示，get/become used to 表示变得习惯，逐渐适应…强调过程。例：过些时候你对那个就会习惯。You will get used to that in time . 二，so …that and such ….that
so …that and such ….that为同义句型，一般引导结果状语从句，两者均表示如此…以至于…., so 后修饰形容词或副词，而such后修饰名词或名词短语。 例：这个学生是如此的好，以至于我们都喜欢他。
The student is so good that we all like him. He is such a good student that we all like him. 这个问题是如此的难，以至于我们做不出来。1） 2） 3）
（too…to, enough…to 改写）
但当名词前有many, much, few, little等表示数量多少的词修饰时，只能用so…that….而不能用such…that …例： 家庭作业太多了，以至于我不能及时完成。There is _____ _____ _____ that I can’t finish it in time . 这家商店有如此多的书，我都不知道买哪一本了。
