摘要：The invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion comprising 0.01-50 % byweight of the total preparation, preferably 0.1-10 %, of a galactolipid material as anemulsifier. The galactolipid material consists of at least 50 % digalactosyldiacylglycerols,the remainder being other polar lipids. The said emulsion is suitable as a carrier for oneor more active substances in a pharmaceutical composition, but also in nutritional,cosmetical, food and agricultural products.
