摘要：Systems and methods are described for distributed shared memorymanagement. A method includes receiving a request from a requesting software toallocate a segment of memory (301); scanning a data structure for a smallest suitableclass size (302), the data structure including a list of memory address size classes, eachmemory address size class having a plurality of memory addresses; determining whetherthe smallest suitable size class is found (303); if the smallest class size is found,determining whether memory of the smallest suitable size class is available in the datastructure (307); if the smallest suitable size class is found, and if memory of the smallestsuitable class is available, returning the memory address to the requesting software(309).
